Company Car. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to the use of an automobile supplied by Employer. The automobile shall be of a size and quality mutually agreed upon by the parties and consistent with the make and quality of the automobile used by the Executive on the date hereof. The Employer shall make a new automobile available for the use of the Executive no less frequently than every three years.
