Company Business. 1.1 The Seller is a limited company duly incorporated under PRC laws and is validly existing, is not subject to any order or claim or resolution passed from the liquidator, and its assets has not been detained, enforced or in the process of enforcement. No indebtedness shall be repaid by the Seller; no one has appointed receiver or administrator in respect of all or part of the business and the assets of the Seller; nor does any order have been made in relation to such appointment.
Company Business. The business of developing, marketing, selling, licensing, installing, implementing, deploying, servicing, and maintaining supply chain computer software solutions designed for one or more of the following: (i) management of warehouses and distribution centers; (ii) management of transportation logistics throughout the supply chain, including carrier management, transportation procurement, and transportation execution; (iii) product order, fulfillment and returns processes; (iv) retail, wholesale, and multi-channel inventory planning and management; (v) supply chain event monitoring and reporting; and (vi) supply chain analysis and evaluation.
Company Business. The Company's principal business is homebuilding.
Company Business. I acknowledge that Company’s Business includes any or all of the following: (i) providing sales and marketing representatives on a contract basis to organizations in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry; and (ii) such other businesses as Company may enter or make preparation to enter subsequent to the date that this Agreement is executed.

You understand that the Company is engaged in a continuous program of research, development, production and marketing in connection with its business and that, as an essential part of your employment with the Company, you may be expected to make new contributions to and create inventions, processes, or refinements of value for the Company.
