Company Automobile. During the Term, the Company shall provide Executive use of a Company automobile with a lease value of up to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,500.00) per month for Executive’s business or personal use, less any required taxes or withholdings.
Company Automobile. During the Period of Employment, the Company shall provide the Executive with a monthly cash car allowance of up to One Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($1,500.00) per month, in accordance with the Company’s policy as in effect from time to time.
Company Automobile. During the Term, the Company will provide the Executive with an automobile of such make and model as the Board deems appropriate and suitable for his status with the Company for his sole use and will reimburse the Executive for all costs and expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the use of that vehicle, or, at the Executive's sole discretion, the Company shall pay an equivalent amount to him as additional compensation.
Company Automobile. As additional consideration for Executive’s covenants in this Agreement and Mercantile’s Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreement, Executive may purchase the company automobile he used while employed by Firstbank at its depreciated value on Firstbank’s accounting records as of 12/31/13.
Company Automobile. Promptly following the commencement of the Period of Employment and continuing for the duration of the Period of Employment, the Company shall provide Executive for his personal use a hybrid, electrified, or all electric automobile (to the extent reasonably available). The lease payments, maintenance and use of such automobile shall be in accordance with the Company’s vehicle policy as applicable to senior executives of the Company as in effect from time to time.
Company Automobile. During the term, Employee may be entitled to a car allowance or use of a Company automobile consistent with the guidelines for employees as set forth in the Company's Policies and Procedures. Employee agrees to maintain such records and documentation, including calculations of compensation attributable to the personal use of a Company automobile, as may be required from time to time by the Company's Policies and Procedures or the Internal Revenue Service.
Company Automobile. You shall be eligible to use a Company automobile and driver for business and personal travel.
Company Automobile. Upon retirement, the company automobile is offered to a GMC member at the fair market value.
Company Automobile. The Executive shall be permitted to use his leased Company automobile for 45 days following the Effective Date of Termination and during such period, shall have the right to purchase such car from the leasing company at the price specified in the lease. In the event the Executive does not comply with the provisions of Section 6(f) of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to his then current Base Salary through the Effective Date of Termination.
Company Automobile. The Company shall either provide a car allowance to the Executive or make available to Executive a Company automobile for the Executive's use in the discharge of his duties. The automobile so obtained by the Executive shall be maintained at the expense of the Company in accordance with the policies and practices of the Company in effect from time to time.
