Comp Time and Payment for Supervision. When a teacher is required to supervise students for a portion of his/her preparation period, he/she will accrue compensatory time for each class period covered. One (1) full hour of compensatory time shall accrue for each forty-five (45) minutes of coverage. Where class periods exceed forty-five (45) minutes, the accumulation of compensatory time will be equal to one (1) hour. For any class that exceeds sixty (60) minutes in duration, comp time will accrue on a minute for minute basis. When an elementary general education classroom teacher is required, at the Administrators request, to cover an additional class due to substitute shortage, the elementary classroom teacher shall receive paid time and a half for the time spent covering. Teachers must cover a minimum of (4) four hours. Teachers will be compensated in (4) four or (8) eight hour increments. Teachers directed to cover by administration specifically for purposes of Kindergarten Roundup will be paid at time and one half their hourly rate for actual time served. When, in the absence of a substitute, an elementary teacher is required to fulfill a substitute's role, compensatory time will be provided in accordance with the above procedures when the elementary teacher provides such coverage during his/her preparation time. Teachers will be assigned on an equitable basis and with twenty-four (24) hours’ notice when possible. Teachers may accrue unlimited compensatory time. Compensatory time will be as follows:

  • Orders and Payment You will be invoiced upon execution of and according to the terms of an order. All fees due to us will be payable, in full and in the currency listed on an order, thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, and will be deemed overdue if they remain unpaid thereafter. All fees are net of any taxes, which will be your responsibility, except for taxes on our income. Any dispute to an invoice must be raised within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice or the invoice will be deemed correct. In addition, any amounts which remain unpaid after the due date will be subject to a late charge equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowable by law, whichever is lower, from the due date until such amount is paid. Except as otherwise noted, all orders are firm and not subject to cancellation, return, refund or offset by you.
