Community Services Employees. 2.1 Community Care (Support) Worker means an employee working in an aged care operation of the employer and who performs the duties associated with the provisions of a broad range of Community Care Services to aged care community clients in either a private residence or other designated setting. This may include cleaning, child minding, gardening, handiwork (within the employee’s skills and competencies), cooking, laundry, shopping, personal errands, escorting clients and associated driving, personal care services and general up-keeping services. A Community Care Worker would not normally live at the client's residence for periods in excess of 48 hours. An employee employed as a community care employee may be offered additional hours (over and above their guaranteed minimum hours) in a residential aged care facility and would be paid the rate applicable to the classification worked. An employee employed in a residential aged care facility may be offered additional hours (over and above their guaranteed minimum hours) in community care duties and this employee would be paid the rate applicable to that of a community care employee.

Community Services Employees. For Community Services 40 hour employees, the standard hours of work for full time employees shall be a minimum of eight (8) hours per day and a maximum of ten (10) hours per day on regular scheduled work days. The employer shall endeavour to provide standard hours of work for full time employees of forty (40) hours per week. The employee shall work a total of eighty hours every two weeks. Other than Aquatics and Programming Staff, employees working a day shift will be scheduled between 6:00 am and 5:30 pm. Other than Aquatics and Programming Staff, employees working an afternoon shift will be scheduled between 2:00 pm and 12:00 am. All work schedules will have management assigned start and stop times issued along with the schedules when they are provided. The employer will endeavour to provide equitable distribution of shifts for employees within each job classification. The work schedules for Community Services full time employees shall be provided no later than one (1) month prior to the schedule taking effect.

  • Community Services a) Grantee shall provide the community-based services outlined in Texas Health and Safety Code Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter § 534.053, as incorporated into services defined in Information Item G, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts.

  • Community Service Leave Community service leave is provided for in the NES.

  • Community Service Service to the wider community includes active participation in a wide variety of governmental, societal and community institutions, programs and services, where such participation is based on the candidate’s academic or professional expertise.

  • Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage. Benefits will be provided for delivery charges and for any of the pre­ viously described Covered Services when rendered in connection with pregnancy. Benefits will be provided for any treatment of an illness, injury, congenital defect, birth abnormality or a premature birth from the moment of the birth up to the first 31 days, thereafter, you must add the newborn child to your Family Coverage. Premiums will be adjusted accordingly. Coverage will be provided for the mother and the newborn for a minimum of:

  • Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.

  • Hospitality Service Sprint shall provide all blocking, screening, and all other applicable functions available for hospitality lines under tariff.

  • IN EMPLOYMENT, SERVICES, BENEFITS AND FACILITIES Contractor and any subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local Anti-discrimination laws, regulations, and ordinances and shall not unlawfully discriminate, deny family care leave, harass, or allow harassment against any employee, applicant for employment, employee or agent of County, or recipient of services contemplated to be provided or provided under this Agreement, because of race, ancestry, marital status, color, religious creed, political belief, national origin, ethnic group identification, sex, sexual orientation, age (over 40), medical condition (including HIV and AIDS), or physical or mental disability. Contractor agrees to compile data, maintain records and submit reports to permit effective enforcement of all applicable antidiscrimination laws and this provision.
