This will embed our Single Outcome Agreement within the governance and public reporting structures of all partners and will ensure that we are monitoring how collectively we are achieving our vision for the Falkirk Council area. We understand the need to scrutinise what we are setting out to achieve. In order to do this we have a Leadership Group and a Management Group that are underpinned by Implementation Groups.
