Common use of Community Participation Clause in Contracts

Community Participation. Works estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or less per contract shall be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Association.

Community Participation. Works estimated to cost the equivalent of less than $50,000 or less equivalent per contract shall be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Association.
