Community Participation. Goods, works, and services required for Part B.2 of the Project may be procured on the basis of community participation in accordance with rules and procedures acceptable to the Association, as set forth in the PIP.

Community Participation. Goods and works under Part B of the Project, estimated to cost less than $30,000 per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $100,000, may be procured in accordance with the provisions paragraph 3.15 of the Guidelines and procedures acceptable to the Association.
