Community Living. Housing & Residence Life is a community living situation in which residents are assigned rooms, roommates, and suitemates. Resident agrees to respect the rights of other residents and to conduct him or herself in a manner conducive to a harmonious living environment as determined by Housing & Residence Life.

Community Living. University housing is a community living environment in which students are assigned a bed space within a designated room, suite, or apartment, which may include one or more roommates in a shared bedroom, suite, or in an apartment. Although rare, students in shared rooms may not have a roommate during a portion of the contract period. In such instances, a new roommate(s) may be assigned at any time, with or without advance notification. The Student agrees not to occupy or store personal belongings in vacant spaces and to welcome a new roommate(s) when assigned. The Student may not interfere with the reasonable use and enjoyment of spaces assigned to others. Failure to respect the rights of others may result in relocation of the Student or the loss of the Studentʼs eligibility to live in University housing, including termination of the Studentʼs contract.
Community Living. Residents agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is conducive for fellow residents to study, live and sleep. Each resident also agrees to demonstrate reasonable efforts to resolve roommate and/or community issues. Residents are expected to report violations of the License Agreement to staff members.
Community Living. 9:04 (a) Employees temporarily transferred from one department to another shall continue to accumulate seniority in the department from which they were transferred and employees permanently transferred from one department to another shall take with them into the department to which they are permanently transferred their accumulated seniority in the department from which they were transferred.
Community Living. Elgin (CLE) will deduct from each Employee in the Bargaining Unit, beginning on the first day of employment, a sum equal to the regular Union Dues from each pay. Such deduction will be as certified in writing from time to time to the Executive Director by the First Vice President/Treasurer of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union. The deductions will be remitted to the Union once per month on or before the 15th day of the month following such deductions. CLE will, when making all remittances to the Union, identify the Employee by name, and indicate the amount deducted from each Employee.

Community Living. Each Licensee agrees to acts in a manner that is conducive for fellow Licensees to study, live, and sleep. Each Licensee agrees to not disturb this environment, and also agrees to demonstrate reasonable efforts to resolve roommate and/or residence hall problems. Licensees are expected to report uncivil treatment of others, vandalism, and other violations of the License Agreement to Student Housing staff. License Violations Licensees who are believed to be in violation of one or more policies may be referred by Residence Life staff to the Housing Student Conduct Process, Office of Student Conduct, Rights, & Responsibilities, University Police Department, or any combination of the three for appropriate action. The judicial system ensures a Licensee’s right to due process throughout the proceedings. Questions about judicial referrals should be directed to Student Housing staff. Community Living. As a resident of a Condominium, Buyer will be living in close proximity to other residents. The proximity of other condominium units may result in decreased privacy. Buyer is advised to consider the location of the Unit in relation to other condominium units and public access areas when determining which unit to purchase. Buyer may hear honking horns or conversations from the street below or construction on a nearby building.
