COMMUNITY IMPACT. 9.1 Council has two primary objectives when entering leases for the use of Council property: to support service delivery and promote health and wellbeing, social, environmental, cultural, recreational or economic opportunities and benefits in the City of Port Xxxxxxx by leasing or licensing Council Property to community organisations and to generate net income to support service delivery across the portfolio by leasing or licensing Council property to commercial organisations.
COMMUNITY IMPACT. Contractors shall provide how they will consider public impact on all areas of performance of this program. Contractors shall provide an annual report to the City to define all efforts and results on the community and citizens of the Austin area from this program as well as an annual diversion rate per ton for materials diverted from the landfills resulting from this program.
COMMUNITY IMPACT. The parties recognise the nature and location of the Project presents unique challenges and are therefore committed to minimising any negative impact upon the community arising from the Project;

COMMUNITY IMPACT. The Parties anticipate that, as a result of the Company’s operation of the Establishment at the Premises, the Town will incur additional expenses and impacts upon its road system, law enforcement, inspectional services, permitting services, administrative services, educational services and public health services, in addition to potential additional unforeseen impacts upon the Town. To mitigate the financial impact upon the Town and use of Town resources, the Company agrees to annually pay a community impact fee to the Town, in the amounts and under the terms provided herein (the “Annual Payments”).
COMMUNITY IMPACT. Analysis Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will incorporate an analysis of community impacts into the IS/MND. Since there are no existing land uses on or adjacent to the project site, it is anticipated that this analysis will be qualitative and that a stand-alone technical study will not be required. The analysis will take into consideration the Communities/Neighborhoods existing conditions documentation being prepared by GPA Consulting. The analysis will consider the project’s potential to affect community character and cohesion, community facilities, result in any relocations, or result in impacts tied to environmental justice. COMMUNITY IMPACT. The Trent Centre for Community-Based Education (TCCBE) places students with local community organizations to complete research projects. • The Centre has facilitated 344 learning opportunities, which have helped or expanded 47 social enterprises, and has established service learning projects for Trent students with 153 organizations.
