Community Health Workers - Where the xxxxxxx attends a meeting with the Employer at the request of the Employer and/or in accordance with Article 10.6 (Right to Have Xxxxxxx Present), and the meeting is outside the xxxxxxx'x scheduled hours, the xxxxxxx shall be paid his/her regular straight-time rate of pay for time spent at the meeting. Every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule the meetings during the xxxxxxx'x normal working hours.
