Community Event. At the determination between Halff and the City a community-wide event will be attended by Halff where we will conduct intercept surveys at a booth set up during the Saturday events. (Visit No. 3)

Community Event. It is expected that the Landlord and the Tenant will enter into a Community Event Agreement (the “Community Agreement”) within six (6) months of the execution of this Agreement recording that the Tenant, the Landlord or the Tenant and the Landlord will jointly host events involving appropriate charitable causes, school districts located within the Antelope Valley, and youth sports groups operating within the Antelope Valley. Such events shall involve themes such as “Say No To Drugs” and “Stay In School” as well as other themes mutually agreed to by the Landlord and the Tenant.

The Contractor may also be required to report IVOSB certified subcontractor payments directly to the IVOSB Division, as reasonably requested and in the format required by the IVOSB Division. The Contractor’s failure to comply with the provisions in this clause may be considered a material breach of the Contract.

  • LOCATION WITHIN ENTERPRISE OR REINVESTMENT ZONE At the time of the Application Approval Date, the Land is within an area designated either as an enterprise zone, pursuant to Chapter 2303 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, or a reinvestment zone, pursuant to Chapter 311 or 312 of the TEXAS TAX CODE. The legal description, and information concerning the designation, of such zone is attached to this Agreement as EXHIBIT 1 and is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.
