Community Council. Composition of the Council, one per school district, shall be determined by the Board and shall represent both agencies of the formal system of care and brokers of informal resources as needed to represent community resources available to strengthen and support families. Three “Councils” will be formed, one each to follow the approximate boundaries of the three existing school districts.
Community Council. A Community Council shall be created to assist with the implementation and oversight of this CBA, and facilitate on-­‐going dialogue with Xxxxxx CO-­‐OP. The Council will: ● Review, comment on and disseminate as needed all reports developed by Xxxxxx under the “transparency/accountability section of this agreement ● Issue an annual report. ● Take measures to address any failures in meeting the stipulations of this agreement including initiating arbitration procedures, issuing public statements, and invoking other remedies included in the agreement or future amendments to this agreement. ● Select workshop topics and trainers ● Convene an annual meeting to inform and gather feedback on progress of the agreement ● Draft yearly community report ● Provide proposals for amendments/additions to agreement as needed ● Collaborate on workshop topics and trainers for community classes

  • City Council “City Council” means the governing body of the City.

  • City Council Approval It is agreed that this MOU is of no force or affect until ratified by the City Council of the City of Lompoc.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum. A quorum is defined as at least fifty percent (50%) of the representatives appointed to the Advisory Council. Participation may occur via technological participation, including email providing at least seven (7) calendar days prior written notice was provided to each District superintendent or designee.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Community Partnerships The Contractor must submit a Communication Plan (“Plan”) developed with each Housing Assessment and Resource Agency (“HARA”) within their assigned Region(s):

  • Community Outreach Please describe all community outreach efforts undertaken since the last report.

  • Maine CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: The provider of the Agreement shall mail a written notice to the Service Agreement Holder at the last known address of the Service Agreement Holder contained in the records of the provider at least fifteen (15) days prior to cancellation by the provider. The notice must state the effective date of the cancellation and the reason for the cancellation. If an Agreement is cancelled by the provider for a reason other than nonpayment of the provider fee, the provider shall refund to the Service Agreement Holder one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro-rata provider fee, less any claims paid. An administrative fee not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the provider fee paid by the Service Agreement Holder may be charged by the provider. A monthly penalty equal to ten percent (10%) of the provider fee outstanding must be added to a refund that is not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days after the return of the Agreement to the provider.
