Community Advisory Committee. Contractor shall form a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) pursuant to Title 22 CCR Section 53876 (c) that will implement and maintain community partnerships with consumers, community advocates, and Traditional and Safety- Net providers. Contractor shall ensure that the CAC is included and involved in policy decisions related to Quality Improvement, educational, operational and cultural competency issues affecting groups who speak a primary language other than English.
Community Advisory Committee. The Board shall establish a Community Advisory Committee consisting of a minimum of seven members and a maximum of eleven members, none of whom may be members of the Board. In appointing members to the Committee, the Board shall use its best efforts to appoint a balanced, diverse group of individuals, a majority of whom represent the interests of customers as ratepayers (both residential and commercial/industrial), and including members having expertise in one or more of the areas of management, administration, finance, or contracts (in either the public or private sector), infrastructure development, renewable power generation, power sales and marketing, energy conservation, public policy development, or public relations. The Board shall publicize the opportunity to serve on the Community Advisory Committee, and shall appoint members of the Community Advisory Committee from those individuals expressing interest in serving, giving a preference to individuals who are customers of the CCA Program. Members of the Community Advisory Committee shall serve staggered four-year terms as determined by the Board of Directors. A member of the Community Advisory Committee may only be removed by the Board of Directors by a two-thirds vote as provided in Section 4.7.5. Each member of the Community Advisory Committee shall have one vote; a majority of members shall constitute a quorum; and a majority of a quorum is sufficient for committee action.

A member of the Community Advisory Committee may be removed by the Board of Directors by majority vote. The Board of Directors shall determine whether the Community Advisory Committee members will receive a per diem and/or be entitled to reimbursement for expenses.
Community Advisory Committee. The Board shall establish a community advisory committee comprised of members of the public representing key stakeholder communities. The primary purpose of the Community Advisory Committee shall be to provide a venue for ongoing citizen support and engagement in the operations of the Authority.
Community Advisory Committee. The Board shall establish a Community Advisory Committee consisting of nine members, none of whom may be voting members of the Board. The function of the Community Advisory Committee shall be to advise the Board of Directors on all subjects related to the operation of the CCA Program as set forth in a work plan adopted by the Board of Directors from time to time, with the exception of personnel and litigation decisions. The Community Advisory Committee is advisory only, and shall not have decision-making authority, or receive any delegation of authority from the Board of Directors. The Board shall publicize the opportunity to serve on the Community Advisory Committee, and shall appoint members of the Community Advisory Committee from those individuals expressing interest in serving, and who represent a diverse cross-section of interests, skill sets and geographic regions. Members of the Community Advisory Committee shall serve staggered four-year terms (the first term of three of the members shall be two years, and four years thereafter), which may be renewed. A member of the Community Advisory Committee may be removed by the Board of Directors by majority vote. The Board of Directors shall determine whether the Community Advisory Committee members will receive a stipend and/or be entitled to reimbursement for expenses.
Community Advisory Committee. There shall be a Community Advisory Committee which shall consist of not less than nine (9) persons, none of whom may be members of the Board. The initial members of the Community Advisory Committee shall be appointed by the Governor and the Attorney General of the State of Missouri, acting jointly, in consultation with community representatives from the communities to be served by the Corporation, as provided in the Articles, and shall reflect the broad and diverse interests of such communities. Members of the Community Advisory Committee shall serve for terms of three years. No member of the Community Advisory Committee shall serve more than two consecutive three-year terms. Subsequent members of the Community Advisory Committee shall be appointed by the Governor and the Attorney General of the State of Missouri, acting jointly, in consultation with community representatives from the communities to be served by the Corporation, as provided in the Articles, and shall reflect the broad and diverse interests of such communities. Any vacancies on the Community Advisory Committee shall be filled in the same manner as the initial members were appointed. The Community Advisory Committee shall be responsible for (1) advising the Board on no less than a annual basis as to the efficacy of the Foundation's programs from the communities' perspectives, as well as the communities' priorities for future efforts of the Foundations, and (2) nominating persons to serve on the Board subsequent to the appointment of the initial members of the Post-Closing Board as provided in Section 4.2.2. The Community Advisory Committee shall nominate a number of candidates equal to five (5) times the number of vacancies to be filled. In arriving at its nominations, the Community Advisory Committee shall adhere to the following process:
Community Advisory Committee. 8.1 Establishment and Operation of a Community Advisory Committee: By February 15, 2004, Defendant San Francisco, in collaboration with Plaintiffs’ counsel, will establish a Community Advisory Committee (“CAC”). Membership on the CAC shall consist of at least two members, or 25 percent of CAC members, whichever is greater, designated by Plaintiffs’ Counsel. Members may include consumers of long term care services, community providers and advocates for people with disabilities, including seniors, and governmental representatives responsible for carrying out this agreement, including at least one designee from the Targeted Case Management Program and one from the Department of Aging and Adult Services. The first meeting will be held in March, 2004. The CAC shall meet on at least a quarterly basis thereafter and more often if needed to carry out its responsibilities. Meetings shall be open to the public and Plaintiffs’ counsel will be informed of meetings in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance if the meetings are changed from the regularly scheduled quarterly date.
Community Advisory Committee. The Association shall provide names for the regular education teachers and special education teachers to be on any Community Advisory Committee (CAC) established and pursuant to E.C. 56192. Unit members on the CAC shall receive release time during the normal duty day to attend CAC meetings.
Community Advisory Committee. Lutherwood’s Community Advisory Committee is a small, informal group that offers constructive feedback to Lutherwood on ways to enhance the quality of its mental health services. Community Advisory Committee. 36.2.1 Unit members shall serve on the Special Education Local Planning Area (SELPA) Community Advisory Committee (CAC). The selection process for these unit members shall be conducted by the Association. Bargaining unit members shall be released from their regular duties without loss of compensation, or compensated at the hourly rate of pay, as defined in this Agreement, for purposes of serving on the CAC.
