Communications to Members. (A) It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that MCHCP has current contact information for the member and any depen- dent(s).
Communications to Members. Both parties will issue regular progress reports during negotiations to their members as to keep their members informed with respect to the progress of negotiations. Information updates may be posted, provided the board doesn’t incur additional costs, through payroll mailings. It shall be the responsibility of both parties to inform their respective members that all progress reports are confidential and any information derived from such reports shall not be disclosed to the general public.
Communications to Members. Union representatives are entitled to distribute Union literature and to convene Union meetings on the Employer's premises during non-working hours.
Communications to Members. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to interfere with the provider-patient relationship. Provider shall provide information regarding treatment options in a culturally competent manner to Members, including those with limited English proficiency or reading skills, diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and/or physical or mental disabilities.

The Partnership Representative shall provide reports to the Members on a reasonable basis to keep them reasonably informed of the status, issues and resolution of any Company income tax audit. The Partnership Representative shall provide the Manager and all Members with copies of all notices from the IRS within 7 calendar days of receipt. The Partnership Representative is required to inform the Manager, within 72 hours of setting any/all meetings with the IRS. The Partnership Representative shall regularly update the Manager of the progress of the audit and any court proceeding. The Partnership Representative shall submit periodic written reports to the Manager concerning the status of the Company audit.
Communications to Members. Sponsor shall be entitled to review and approve all communications, and all changes in communications, made by PBM to Members, whether electronically or in hard copy.
Communications to Members. 8.1 MSAL must put into effect a strategy to communicate to Members the availability of the services as soon as practicable after the Effective Date and must obtain compliance sign-off by MFAAPL in respect of the information provided in the communication in relation to the services.

BCBSNC may communicate to Members concerning health-related products or services offered by or through BCBSNC (“Health-Related Communications”), on behalf of the Group Health Plan, and for the benefit of Members, to the full extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, and at such times and in such a manner as may be reasonably determined appropriate by BCBSNC.
