Communications Systems. I understand that Company maintains an electronic mail system, a voice mail system, a computer network that includes access to the Internet, and related facilities for the purpose of business communications. I acknowledge that these systems, network, and related facilities, as well as all electronic or voice communications and all data or materials transmitted thereon, are Company property, and Company retains the right to review any and all electronic mail communications, voice communications, internet sites accessed, and data and materials stored or transmitted, with or without notice, at any time.

Communications Systems. The Communications Infrastructure will be used to support interconnected communication networks, including transmission components and communications and transmission devices for transferring singularly or collectively; voice, data, radio, video or multimedia transmissions for the purpose of providing a Communications Service (each a “Communications System” and collectively, the “Communications Systems”). The Communications Systems costs will be included in the Master Project Budget as applicable, except for Team Allocated Spaces, DAS and WiFi and as otherwise excluded by the SDC Group or allocated to the Parties in this Agreement.
Communications Systems. Lessee shall have the right to install satellite dishes and antennae on the rooftop of the Fourth and Battery Building. The placement of such equipment shall be with the approval and direction of Lessor or Lessor’s engineers. The installation and maintenance of such equipment shall be at Lessee’s expense. It will interface to the telephone system and operators will be capable of paging from any telephone. The system will have numerous speakers located throughout the facility. The intercom system could be supplied with features such as machine alarm announcements and emergency warning announcements.
