Communications Systems. I understand that Company maintains an electronic mail system, a voice mail system, a computer network that includes access to the Internet, and related facilities for the purpose of business communications. I acknowledge that these systems, network, and related facilities, as well as all electronic or voice communications and all data or materials transmitted thereon, are Company property, and Company retains the right to review any and all electronic mail communications, voice communications, internet sites accessed, and data and materials stored or transmitted, with or without notice, at any time.
Communications Systems. Landlord hereby grants Tenant permission to install, maintain and replace (all at Tenant’s cost and expense, and not as a part of the Tenant Improvements) from time to time a satellite dish, microwave antenna, similar communications equipment or similar transmission/receiving device (“Satellite Dish”) on the roof of the Building, provided no roof warranties of which Landlord has the benefit would be voided or compromised, and provided Tenant’s transmissions and reception do not interfere with transmission or reception by any other satellite dish in the Project, and subject to (i) applicable governmental laws; (ii) the right of Landlord to supervise any roof penetrations and to designate the location of the Satellite Dish on the roof of the Building (provided such location does not adversely affect transmission and reception by the Satellite Dish), and (iii) compliance with the conditions of any roof bond maintained by Landlord. Tenant shall be responsible for the repair of any damage to any portion of the Building or the Premises, including the personal property of other occupants, caused by Tenant’s installation, use or removal of the Satellite Dish. The Satellite Dish shall remain the exclusive property of Tenant, and Tenant shall have the right to remove the Satellite Dish at any time during the Term. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold Landlord harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses of every kind and nature (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) imposed upon, incurred by or asserted against Landlord arising out of Tenant’s installation, maintenance, use or removal of the Satellite Dish. Subject to the foregoing, Landlord reserves full right to possession of the roof and exterior walls of the Building, including the right to locate satellite dishes, microwave antennae or any other communications equipment on the roof of the Building (and including the right to grant or assign such right to others on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis).
Communications Systems. A. The Administration will continue to make telephones within SSA facilities available to the Union for the conduct of labor-management relations. B. The Union agrees that Agency telephones, fax equipment, and computers will not be used for internal Union business.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, the terms and conditions of the MSLMA referenced in Section 3.2.2 will govern the provision of such Services.
Communications Systems. 1. The VF will be allowed to use its own static and deployable military communications equipment in the HN, in accordance with HN national law. 2. The HN will, to the maximum extent possible, make Radio Frequency Spectrum (RFS) necessary for the military activity available free of cost to the VF. 3. The VF’s use of RFS will be coordinated by the Armed Forces of the HN with the competent HN authorities in advance. 4. The VF’s use and coordination of the use of communications system on armed forces level will be defined in follow-on documents.

These lines can be either digital or analog type, depending on the particular phone, fax machine or modem used. This is configurable through installation of modules inside the PBX (Private Branch Exchange). The intercom/paging equipment will be located in the main computer room. It will interface to the telephone system and operators will be capable of paging from any telephone. The system will have numerous speakers located throughout the facility. The intercom system could be supplied with features such as machine alarm announcements and emergency warning announcements.
Communications Systems. The Communications Infrastructure will be used to support interconnected communication networks, including transmission components and communications and transmission devices for transferring singularly or collectively; voice, data, radio, video or multimedia transmissions for the purpose of providing a Communications Service (each a “Communications System” and collectively, the “Communications Systems”). The Communications Systems costs will be included in the Master Project Budget as applicable, except for Team Allocated Spaces, DAS and WiFi and as otherwise excluded by the SDC Group or allocated to the Parties in this Agreement.
