Communications Systems. I understand that Company maintains an electronic mail system, a voice mail system, a computer network that includes access to the Internet, and related facilities for the purpose of business communications. I acknowledge that these systems, network, and related facilities, as well as all electronic or voice communications and all data or materials transmitted thereon, are Company property, and Company retains the right to review any and all electronic mail communications, voice communications, internet sites accessed, and data and materials stored or transmitted, with or without notice, at any time.
Communications Systems. RCS shall provide an adequate number of walkie-talkies and/or other communication tools to provide direct care staff working with children at any given time the ability to communicate the need for assistance and/or consultation.
Communications Systems. A. The Administration will continue to make telephones within SSA facilities available to the Union for the conduct of labor-management relations.

The Communications Systems include: • Communications network (which provides connectivity between systems that require it). • Radio systems (for communications to the Rolling Stock and track workers on the Right-of- Way). • Telephone and intercom systems (for operational voice, video and text-based communications). Communications Systems carry voice and data for the operation of the Network. The Communication system also includes facilities and infrastructure to enable the provision of non-California High-Speed Rail data services along the Network. The Communications Systems include management systems to facilitate operations, administration and maintenance functions for all systems functionality.
Communications Systems. 1. The VF will be allowed to use its own static and deployable military communications equipment in the HN, in accordance with HN national law.
Communications Systems. 16.1 City and JBSA will work toward a Common Operating Picture (COP) and develop plans/procedures to develop communication interoperability.

To the extent that the Concessionaire utilizes or connects with the University’s communications systems, the Concessionaire shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of its telecommunications systems up until the point of connection with the University’s system in accordance with the Performance Standards.

The Communications Infrastructure will be used to support interconnected communication networks, including transmission components and communications and transmission devices for transferring singularly or collectively; voice, data, radio, video or multimedia transmissions for the purpose of providing a Communications Service (each a “Communications System” and collectively, the “Communications Systems”). The Communications Systems costs will be included in the Master Project Budget as applicable, except for Team Allocated Spaces, DAS and WiFi and as otherwise excluded by the SDC Group or allocated to the Parties in this Agreement.
Communications Systems. Lessee shall have the right to install satellite dishes and antennae on the rooftop of the Fourth and Battery Building. The placement of such equipment shall be with the approval and direction of Lessor or Lessor’s engineers. The installation and maintenance of such equipment shall be at Lessee’s expense. Additionally, Lessee agrees to pay Lessor additional rent for each installation at the prevailing market rate.
Communications Systems. The telephone equipment will reside in the main computer room. This proposal assumes that approximately eighty voice lines will be installed. These lines can be either digital or analog type, depending on the particular phone, fax machine or modem used. This is configurable through installation of modules inside the PBX (Private Branch Exchange). The intercom/paging equipment will be located in the main computer room. It will interface to the telephone system and operators will be capable of paging from any telephone. The system will have numerous speakers located throughout the facility. The intercom system could be supplied with features such as machine alarm announcements and emergency warning announcements.
