This Service may be requested by the User to install and activate a communications link. Where requesting this Service for a Meter that cannot accommodate a communications link, the User must also request a Meter exchange Service (MP-4). Upon completion of this Service, Western Power will operate and maintain the communications link as a Standard Metering Service. This Service description should be read in conjunction with the Code and the Communication Rules, which incorporate the Build Pack. Category Meter Provision No. MP - 75 Service Description Meter Test (laboratory) This Service is an Extended Metering Service. The Service may be requested by the User to test or audit the accuracy of a Metering Installation. Testing will be carried out in a National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA)n accredited laboratory under various load conditions, using reference standards that are traceable to national standards. Performance characteristics are monitored, such as ‘running at no-load’ (creep) and ‘operation of register or display’, for correct operation. A report will be issued to the User on the finding of the tests. In addition a weighted average of the overall accuracy of the Meter will beis calculated and provided tofor the User. to determine the compensation to Customers, if any. Where an outage or malfunction to a Metering Installation is confirmed, Western Power will complete a Metering Installation repair (MP-2), subject to the discretion noted in that Service description to replace the Meter instead.Where discrepancies are discovered, Western Power will complete a Metering Installation repair (MP-1). Communications Installation. Upon approval by the Government, the Contractor shall provide all activities associated with installation and Government operation of the network designed as a result of the Communications Design task stated in Section 3.5.2, above. Some of the activities included in this task are: site survey; installation and testing of the equipment peripherals, cabling and data links; and operational training. Communications installation activities will follow the procedures described in individual delivery order requirements. Computer resources necessary for installation activities will be either Government provided or will be Contractor provided.
Communications Installation. Lessee intends to install a conduit, four (4) inches in diameter from its building at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx across Mariner Avenue to the Premises and to run through such conduit a 300 pair 24 gauge cable, a fiber optic cable and an innerduct.   • Direct Website Communications Each of Holdings and the Borrower may, at its option, provide to the Administrative Agent any information, documents and other materials that it is obligated to furnish to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Credit Documents, including, without limitation, all notices, requests, financial statements, financial, and other reports, certificates, and other information materials, but excluding any such communication that (A) relates to a request for a new, or a conversion of an existing, borrowing or other extension of credit (including any election of an interest rate or interest period relating thereto, (B) relates to the payment of any principal or other amount due under this Agreement prior to the scheduled date therefor, (C) provides notice of any default or event of default under this Agreement or (D) is required to be delivered to satisfy any condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement and/or any borrowing or other extension of credit thereunder (all such non-excluded communications being referred to herein collectively as “Communications”), by transmitting the Communications in an electronic/soft medium in a format reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to the Administrative Agent at an email address provided by the Administrative Agent from time to time; provided that (i) upon written request by the Administrative Agent, Holdings or the Borrower shall deliver paper copies of such documents to the Administrative Agent for further distribution to each Lender until a written request to cease delivering paper copies is given by the Administrative Agent and (ii) Holdings or the Borrower shall notify (which may be by facsimile or electronic mail) the Administrative Agent of the posting of any such documents and provide to the Administrative Agent by electronic mail electronic versions (i.e., soft copies) of such documents. Each Lender shall be solely responsible for timely accessing posted documents or requesting delivery of paper copies of such documents from the Administrative Agent and maintaining its copies of such documents. Nothing in this Section 13.17 shall prejudice the right of Holdings, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, any other Agent or any Lender to give any notice or other communication pursuant to any Credit Document in any other manner specified in such Credit Document. The Administrative Agent agrees that the receipt of the Communications by the Administrative Agent at its e-mail address set forth above shall constitute effective delivery of the Communications to the Administrative Agent for purposes of the Credit Documents. Each Lender agrees that notice to it (as provided in the next sentence) specifying that the Communications have been posted to the Platform shall constitute effective delivery of the Communications to such Lender for purposes of the Credit Documents. Each Lender agrees (A) to notify the Administrative Agent in writing (including by electronic communication) from time to time of such Lender’s e-mail address to which the foregoing notice may be sent by electronic transmission and (B) that the foregoing notice may be sent to such e-mail address.

  • Removal of Alterations If Tenant fails to remove by the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease all of its personal property, or any Alterations identified by Landlord for removal, Landlord may, at its option, treat such failure as a hold-over pursuant to Subparagraph 11(b) above, and/or Landlord may (without liability to Tenant for loss thereof) treat such personal property and/or Alterations as abandoned and, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, and in addition to Landlord's other rights and remedies under this Lease, at law or in equity: (a) remove and store such items; and/or (b) upon ten (10) days prior notice to Tenant, sell, discard or otherwise dispose of all or any such items at private or public sale for such price as Landlord may obtain or by other commercially reasonable means. Tenant shall be liable for all costs of disposition of Tenant's abandoned property and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant with respect to any such abandoned property. Landlord agrees to apply the proceeds of any sale of any such property to any amounts due to Landlord under this Lease from Tenant (including Landlord's attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in the removal, storage and/or sale of such items), with any remainder to be paid to Tenant.

  • Telecommunications Each Lender and Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely on the authority of any individual making any telecopy, electronic or telephonic notice, request, or signature without the necessity of receipt of any verification thereof.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
