Common use of Communications Equipment Clause in Contracts

Communications Equipment. During installation or at any time thereafter during the Term, we may install or replace communication equipment (for example, an antenna) (the “Communication Equipment”) at the Home. The Communication Equipment may or may not be used in connection with the Solar System. We may use the Communication Equipment to improve the quality of cellular and/or internet connectivity in your area. We may also sell the right to use the Communications Equipment in the manner described above to a third party. You understand that consenting to the foregoing is not a condition of purchase.
