Communications Costs. Long Distance telephone calls need to be identified and strictly related to work performed under this Agreement in order to be reimbursable by the City. A log is preferred showing the date, person’s name called, and explanation. Cell phone monthly charges are reimbursable if usage is strictly related to work performed under this Agreement. Legible itemized cell phone records are required. Personal Automobile Mileage: Expense report must clearly identify the departure/arrival time, To/From destinations and purpose of trip.
Communications Costs. The eligibility of costs related to communication activities will be subject to Schedule A (Eligible and Ineligible Expenditures).

All hardware, software and services associated with communications between the Data Center and Kayak Facility, including maintenance thereof, will be the responsibility of Kayak. Commencing on the first anniversary of the Effective Date but not more than once every contract year, TSG shall have the right to decrease the Yearly Volume Threshold Incentives to recover any actual increases in communication costs during the upcoming year. TSG shall provide to Customer satisfactory evidence of such increased communication costs. 24. SABRE System Reliability. In the event Customer is unable to generate SABRE Bookings through the System or the SABRE System for a period of four or more consecutive hours, or 32 (thirty-two) hours within any calendar month, due to the negligence of TSG, TSG and Customer agree to negotiate an appropriate financial remedy for Customer. 25. Wholly Owned Offices/Outlets. The terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Amendment are only applicable to wholly owned offices/outlets of Customer and shall not apply to any franchise or associate operation. 26.
Communications Costs. Where communication costs are a direct requirement of the Project (e.g.. data transfer technology), these must be explicitly forecast in the estimated costs, must relate only to the Project and may not be part of an allocated cost or service.
