For each transaction made through the Service we shall provide to the Client information about its execution deadline, the fees to which Client will be subject and, if applicable, a breakdown of the fees, provided such information is requested prior to execution. Furthermore, once the fees have been debited from Client’s myPOS account, we shall provide the Client with the following information: (i) a reference number that enables Client to identify each payment and, if applicable, information about the beneficiary; (ii) the amount involved in each payment; (iii) the amount of any fees charged and, if applicable, the corresponding breakdown; and (iv) the date of debit or receipt of a payment order. Client is entitled to request this information to be provided or made accessible regularly, at least once a month, free of charge, provided that Client is allowed to store this information and reproduce it without changes.

Any notice that the Parties are required to make in accordance with this Agreement, shall be made in writing by means of a personal delivery or any other written means, in which the remission and reception date are irrefutably recorded, and sent to the following addresses and during office hours. Notices shall be deemed delivered on reception date.
