Communication Vehicles. For the purpose of internal communication, teacher mailboxes, interschool mail, interschool email, and a bulletin board in the teachers’ lounge of each school shall be made available to the Association.

Communication Vehicles. 3.7.1 The members of the Association and the Superintendent shall meet annually at a time and a location to be mutually determined by the group. The purpose of these meetings shall be to promote open communication and to discuss areas of concern. The Association President or designee shall be responsible for preparing minutes of the meetings. After the concurrence of the Superintendent, the minutes shall be distributed to Employees, Administrators, and the Board.
Communication Vehicles. 3.8.1 The Association and the Board understand and acknowledge that the meetings established in this Section of the Agreement are intended to promote and enhance communication between the parties. Any discussions, deliberations, understandings, or agreements arrived at during the meetings, except those items contained in this Agreement, are not subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures of Article VII of this Agreement.
