Communication to Members. The University agrees to permit the Union the use of campus mail facilities and e-mail in order that all members be kept well-informed of Union meetings and business pertaining to the Union. All postage for outgoing mail must be supplied by the Union. The University shall permit the Union to book University rooms, on a space available basis, for business meetings of the local Union in accordance with University policies and at no cost.
