Communication to Members. The University agrees to permit the Union the use of campus mail facilities and e-mail in order that all members be kept well-informed of Union meetings and business pertaining to the Union. All postage for outgoing mail must be supplied by the Union. The University shall permit the Union to book University rooms, on a space available basis, for business meetings of the local Union in accordance with University policies and at no cost.
Communication to Members. Union representatives are entitled to distribute union literature and to convene union meetings on the Employer's premises during non-working hours.
Communication to Members. The Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association business on employee lunchroom bulletin boards. The Association may use the District's internal mail service and employee mailboxes for communication to bargaining unit members.

Communication to Members. 3.2.1 The Claims Administrator will identify all Contract Providers as the exclusive PPO providers of Covered Services and will advise Members as to the identity of all such Contract Providers.
