Communication Processes. CONTRACTOR must follow a formal communication process with HHSC for receipt and response to requests for information, work products, deliverables, updates, and other required correspondence related to performance of contract requirements. HHSC will issue State Action Requests (SARs) or Vendor Action Requests (VARs) Responses.
