Communication Procedures. Teachers, on occasion, either as an individual or as a group, may have a concern or suggestion that they feel should be called to the attention of the Board. In such cases, the teacher(s) should first discuss the matter with their principal if the concern or suggestion is on the building level. After discussion with the principal and/or superintendent, and if the teacher(s) desire an audience with the Board, the teacher(s) may submit a written request to the Superintendent, with such a request to give the reason(s) for the request. Upon receipt of the request, the teacher(s) will be notified as to the date set for the teacher(s) audience before the Board and the teacher(s) will be notified in writing as to its action.
Communication Procedures. Before the Work begins, complete procedures for communications between and among Owner and Construction Manager will be established to the satisfaction of Owner. In addition to maintaining records at the Project Site, the Construction Manager should expect to utilize the Owner’s Master Library Project account as a primary communication tool among the Construction Team.
Communication Procedures. 3 A. The parties recognize the valuable assistance to be gained from effective communication between 4 Faculty, the College, and the Administration. Accordingly, it is agreed that the College and the 5 Administration and the Executive Committee of the Association will meet periodically to discuss in 6 an attempt to resolve problems of mutual concern to the parties especially in the areas of wages, 7 hours, and working conditions. It is expected that at a minimum, communication about a patient visit will occur at the time of admission, at the time of discharge and at any point during the course of hospitalization where decisions are being made that will have significant impact beyond the hospital visit.
Communication Procedures. The School Board and the School Council recognize that accurate, timely information will promote a cooperative relationship between the two parties.
4.1 The School Board and the School Council recognize that the primary source of information for the School Council is the Principal. Therefore the decisions and concerns of the School Council shall be communicated to the appropriate staff at the School Board through the Principal of the school.
4.2 Notwithstanding 4.1, the chairperson or designate of the School Council may be formally directed by motion of the council to communicate directly with the School Board. The Principal will be immediately notified of the decision.
4.3 Formal communication between the School Council and the School Board will be in writing between the School Council Chairperson and the CEO/Director of Education and/or Board Chairperson.
4.4 The Principal shall have prior knowledge of the agenda of business to be conducted at every School Council meeting and, in so far as possible, s/he will research the topics prior to the meeting.
4.5 The Principal will provide accurate and up-to-date reports on behalf of the School Board Director to the School Council.
4.6 The Principal will research topics and interests with the CEO/Director of the School Board (or designate) in order to accurately report School Board administrative actions to the School Council.
4.7 The School Board will respond to written correspondence from the School Council within a timely fashion.
Communication Procedures. Problems will be reported immediately to the Government, using the communications methods agreed between the designated points of contact as established, unless other criteria are determined by the COTR. All contractor R-SYNC QASP activity and reporting requirements are delivered to the contractor PM monthly or at a frequency specified in the contract. Upon award of the contract and finalization of its requirements, this section of the QASP will be updated with reporting and communication schedules. Communication Procedures. The Construction Manager shall establish written procedures for communications and coordination required between Project Team members throughout the Project. Procedures shall cover such items as correspondence, minutes, reports, inspections, team meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, and other necessary communications.
