Communication Enhancements. Program Members will be able to communicate with Xx Xxxxxxx via email regarding test results or any other non-urgent medical issues. Email response will typically be within 24 hours and no later than within 2 business days.

Communication Enhancements. Program Members will be provided with an office or cellular phone number, facsimile and email address for contacting physician or designee and detailed instructions on how to contact physician’s office 24/7 for questions or requests through these means (collectively, the “Communications Enhancements.” 3b. 24/7 Availability. When medically necessary, Physician or Physician’s designee will be available, to a reasonable extent, for urgent matters, to personally communicate with Program Member, as Physician deems appropriate in Physician’s professional judgment, not as a Program Service. When not medically necessary, arrangements will be made for Physician or, in Physician’s absence Physician’s designee, to be available generally to personally communicate with Program Member, at all times to a reasonable extent, through telephone or telephone call enhancements. The response time and the method of communication will be appropriate to the purpose of the communications. If the matter is possibly life threatening, 911 should be contacted first and then, if possible, call the Physician.

  • Services Communications Our Services include, in some cases, the ability to communicate to you, such as via email, text message, and push notifications.
