Communication Cable Installer. An Employee whose duties shall consist of in- stallation of communication cables as defined in Section 2. This does not include the termi- nation of cables or the installations of associ- ated equipment. Effective May 1, 2018 Com- munication Cable Installers shall be offered a position as an Apprentice Communication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Level 1 after completing two thousand (2000) hours of on-the-job training. Communication Cable Installers not offered a position as an Apprentice Communication Technician (Net- work Cabling Specialist) Level 1 shall no longer be cleared for work. 302 TRANSFERS Any classification of electrical worker may be as- signed to Communications work by the Employer provided the worker does not suffer a reduction in pay as a result. Any unemployed member on the "out of work" list may elect to accept employment in any classification of Communications work for which they are qualified at the prevailing rate for that clas- sification.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required.   • Telephone Access Employees shall be entitled to reasonable use of the client's telephone for local calls during the evening to speak with family members (i.e., spouse, children, dependants, parents).   • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT To the extent applicable, Supplier certifies that during the term of this Contract it will comply with applicable requirements of 2 C.F.R. § 200.216.
