COMMUNICATION AND WRITTEN NOTICE. 13.1 Unless the contrary is specifically provided, any notice, instructions, authorisations, requests or other communications to be given to the Company by the Client under the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent to the Company’s registered or mailing address which appears on its Website or to any other address which the Company may from time to time specify to the Client for this purpose and shall take effect only when actually received by the Company, provided they do not violate and are not contrary to any term of this Agreement.
