Communicating with Each Other. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by law, any written notice from you required by this Agreement will be considered given five business days (business days means every day except Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays in the Province where subscriber resides) after you mail it to us at our mailing address provided in the introduction of this Agreement. Any written notice from us required by this Agreement will be considered given when we send it by email to any email address you've provided to us, or five business days after we mail it to you at the most current billing address we have on file for you. Any oral notices will be considered given when we call you or when you call us at the customer care number listed above. Communicating with Each Other. We will periodically communicate with you about your Account via a Program Advisor, the Program Website, or email. You and we may also communicate with each other via other means such as telephone, mail, web-chat or mobile application. You should carefully review all summaries, statements, reports and other information, and promptly report any discrepancies to us through the Program Website or by contacting a Program Advisor. Account Summary A primary way we communicate the important terms, conditions and information about your Account is through an Account Summary. You will receive your first Account Summary through secure mail via the Program Website after you enroll in the Program and an updated Account Summary each time you change certain important features of your Account. The Account Summary will reflect the Program Fee and the Services you have requested for your Account under this Agreement.
Communicating with Each Other. Clause 45 of the Personal Banking Booklet contains information about how we can communicate with each other, and clause 25 contains information on how we’ll send you statements. We will only give you, the primary card holder, statements. Statements are sent monthly, and you can check your transactions any time online and through your mobile device.

  • Interaction with Other Leave Entitlements (a) An employee proceeding on unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with accrued annual and/or accrued long service leave.

  • Return or Destruction of Information Upon termination of this Agreement and at the request of ODM, the MCP will return to ODM or destroy all PHI in MCP’s possession stemming from this Agreement as soon as possible but no later than 90 calendar days and will not keep copies of the PHI except as may be requested by ODM or required by law, or as otherwise allowed for under this Agreement. If the MCP, its agent(s), or subcontractor(s) destroy any PHI, then the MCP will provide to ODM documentation evidencing such destruction. Any PHI retained by the MCP will continue to be extended the same protections set forth in this section, HIPAA regulations, and this Agreement for as long as it is maintained.

  • VERIFICATION OF INFORMATION The Seller authorizes the Listing Brokerage to obtain any information affecting the Property from any regulatory authorities, governments, mortgagees or others and the Seller agrees to execute and deliver such further authorizations in this regard as may be reasonably required. The Seller hereby appoints the Listing Brokerage or the Listing Brokerage’s authorized representative as the Seller’s attorney to execute such documentation as may be necessary to effect obtaining any information as aforesaid. The Seller hereby authorizes, instructs and directs the above noted regulatory authorities, governments, mortgagees or others to release any and all information to the Listing Brokerage.

  • Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law. Employees shall not receive other types of paid leave provided by this Agreement (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory time) for hours for which they are receiving PPL.

  • Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A. Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities.   • Cooperation with Other Agents and Agencies Seller agrees that the Agency may engage other licensed real estate agents to assist in marketing the Property and may share its Commission, as determined solely by the Agency. During the Listing Period, should a licensee represent a Buyer whose offer to purchase the Property is accepted by the Seller, then that licensee shall be entitled to a commission of _ _ percent ( _ _% ) (“Commission Offered”), provided the Buyer completes the transaction.
