COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Association to appoint or otherwise select an Association Bargaining Committee consisting of not more than three (3) employees of the Employer, and such employees shall have completed their probationary period with the Employer. The Association shall advise the Employer of the names of the Association Bargaining Committee and only members thus named shall be recognized by the Employer.
