COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 11:01 The Union acknowledges that Stewards, members of committees and Union Officers have regular duties to perform on behalf of the City. For the purpose of dealing with grievances of employees or other Union business, such persons shall not absent themselves from their work without first obtaining permission from their supervisor. In accordance with this understanding the City shall not make any deductions from such employees for time so spent.
COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 10.01 The Union will notify the Employer in writing of the names of its committee members and Xxxxxxx(s).
COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Association to appoint or otherwise select an Association Bargaining Committee consisting of not more than three (3) employees of the Employer, and such employees shall have completed their probationary period with the Employer. The Association shall advise the Employer of the names of the Association Bargaining Committee and only members thus named shall be recognized by the Employer.
COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 5.01 The Company will recognize the Union Negotiating Committee of not more than three (3) employees with respect to any matter which properly arises concerning the modification, renewal or termination of this Agreement. When the members of the Bargaining Unit exceed seventy (70) in number, the Company will recognize a Union Negotiating Committee of not more than four (4) employees. For such discussions it is further recognized that either the Company or the Union may call in any one or all of the following for such discussions:
COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The Company will recognize a committee of up to two (2) employees of the Company and/or representatives of the local Union, as the local Union may decide, in negotiations and second step of the grievance procedure.

COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 12:01 Union Stewards or members of Union Committees shall not absent themselves from their place of duty for Union business, including discussion of Grievances, unless prior permission is granted by their Supervisor.

The Hospital will recognize a Union Administrative Committee which shall consist of a Chief Xxxxxxx and four stewards selected by the Union, not more than three of which Committee members shall meet with management at any one time, The representation by stewards shall be structured as follows: xxxxxxx Financial Services xxxxxxx Paramedical Services xxxxxxx General Services xxxxxxx The Hospital shall not be required to maintain any xxxxxxx on a specific shift, and shall be advised of the names of of this Committee and notified of any changes when they occur. All members of the Committee shall be regular employees of the Hospital who have completed their probationary period. The Union acknowledges that the members of the Union Administrative Committee must continue to perform their regular duties. However, the members of the Committee will be allowed time to attend to committee business provided that they obtain prior permission from their supervisor, such permission not to be unreasonably withheld. A s far as possible a l l activities of the Committee will be carried out outside of the regular working hours of the members thereof unless mutually agreed. Regular meetings between three members of the Commit- tee and Management will be held once a month, unless otherwise arranged, or more frequently if arranged by mutual consent. A written agenda must be provided at least three (3) days prior to the agreed meeting date, and minutes kept of all meetings with copies to be furnished to both parties. Additional members of the Committee may be requested to attend the meetings depending on agenda requirements.
COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 10.01 Union Stewards and members of Committees must obtain permission from their immediate Supervisor before absenting themselves from their place of duty in order to deal with grievances or other Union business connected with this Agreement. Such permission shall not be unreasonably refused having regard for efficiency of operations of the Hospital.
