Common use of Committee of Experts Clause in Contracts

Committee of Experts. (1) A Committee of Experts shall be entrusted with the tasks referred to in Article 1 (4), 1 (5) and 1 (6). Each country of the Special Union shall be represented on the Committee of Experts, which shall be organized according to rules of procedure adopted by a simple majority of the countries represented.
