Committee Membership. To maintain a channel of communication, there shall be a committee established consisting of three (3) members appointed by the Association and three (3) members appointed by the District. As a second step in the grievance process and for meetings regarding non-grievable issues, membership of the committee may be adjusted by the District and/or the Association, depending on the nature of the issue(s) and the participants involved.
