Common use of Committee Meetings Clause in Contracts

Committee Meetings. (a) In the case of those matters to be addressed on a standing basis, the Committee shall meet at least once every ninety (90) calendar days. Sub-committee meetings and Committee meetings to address ad hoc issues shall be scheduled as required by mutual agreement of the Parties.
