Common use of Committee Meetings Clause in Contracts

Committee Meetings. The Committee shall, with the chief nurse executive’s coordination of time and place, schedule monthly meetings periodically, as deemed appropriate by its members. The Committee shall be entitled to a total maximum of thirty (30) hours each month, payable at each nurse’s regular straight time rate of pay, for the purpose of conducting Committee business. In addition, a representative from the Committee shall be compensated at his/her regular straight time rate of pay for the purpose of attending meetings of the Nursing Executive Committee and other special projects to which the Medical Center mutually agrees.
