Common use of Committee Composition Clause in Contracts

Committee Composition. a. The committee shall be comprised of Association members appointed by the Association proportioned to the number of teachers in each building and the building administrator appointed by the Superintendent or his/her designee. In addition, each party may appoint up to one (1) ad hoc non- voting member to assist and/or attend committee meetings.
