Common use of Committed Loan Notice Clause in Contracts

Committed Loan Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received Committed Loan Notice (in the form attached hereto as Annex III) with respect to the Borrowing of the Tranche B Term Loan to occur on the First Amendment Effective Date; provided that such Committed Loan Notice shall be effective as of, and the Tranche B Term Loan shall be made on, the First Amendment Effective Date subject to the delivery of such Committed Loan Notice in compliance with the notice and timing requirements set forth in Section 2.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement.

Committed Loan Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Committed Loan Notice (in the form attached hereto as Annex III) with respect relating to the Borrowing of the Tranche B D Term Loan to occur on the First Fourth Amendment Effective Date; provided that such Committed Loan Notice shall be effective as of, and the Tranche B Term Loan shall be made on, the First Amendment Effective Date subject to the delivery of such Committed Loan Notice in compliance with the notice and timing requirements set forth in Section 2.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement.

Committed Loan Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Committed Loan Notice (in the form attached hereto as Annex III) with respect to the Borrowing First Amendment Term Loans as required by Section 2.02(a) of the Tranche B Term Loan to occur on the First Amendment Effective Date; provided that Credit Agreement (or such Committed Loan Notice notice as shall be effective as of, and the Tranche B Term Loan shall be made on, the First Amendment Effective Date subject to the delivery of such Committed Loan Notice have been deemed given in compliance accordance with the notice and timing requirements set forth in Section 2.02 2.02(a) of the Amended Credit Agreement).
