Commitment to Excellence. I believe that participation in the Cassia County Youth Livestock Program should demonstrate my own knowledge, ability, and skill as a feeder and exhibitor of livestock. • I will not use abusive, fraudulent, illegal, deceptive or questionable practices in the feeding, fitting and showing of my animal(s), nor will I allow my parents, my supervisor, or any other individual to employ such practices with my animal(s). • I will read, understand, and follow the rules without exception, of all livestock shows in which I am a participant and ask that my parents and the supervisor of my project do the same. • I wish for my livestock project to be an example of how to accept what life has to offer, both good and bad, and how to live with the outcome. • I realize that I am responsible for the proper care and safe humane treatment of my animals, the production of high quality, safe and wholesome food and demonstrating strong moral character as an example to others. • I consent to having my animal(s) subjected to drug testing. Commitment to Excellence a) Grand Circle strives to provide an excellent travel experience for our passengers, measured by our Tour Member reports and passenger letters. Should the Vendor not meet a minimum of 80% Excellence, as measured by these reports or should Grand Circle determine it its reasonable discretion that the Vendor and its services have failed to meet Grand Circle’s minimum quality standards, Grand Circle will advise quality of these issues in writing to the Vendor and will require a response within 48 hours of notification as to the actions that the Vendor will take to rectify the situation. Should the Vendor continue to not meet the minimimum standard of Excellence after such notice or should Grand Circle reasonably determine after such notice that the Vendor has continued to fail to meet Grand Circle’s minimum quality standards, Grand Circle reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, without further notice or penalties. Grand Circle may also terminate this Agreement without penalties in the event of a material breach of this Agreement by the Vendor.

Commitment to Excellence. The Greece Central School District and the Greece Teachers Association are committed to excellence. Teachers are expected to demonstrate competence in the four (4) areas of performance defined in the Commitment to Excellence at page 50. The behaviors and/or skills listed in the four (4) areas of the Commitment to Excellence are high lev- els of performance to which all teachers aspire. We believe teachers will move along a continuum of growth within each of the four areas. The Greece Central School District and the Greece Teachers Association acknowledge that there is a wide range of behaviors and/or skills that may be exhibited by teachers that constitutes satisfactory performance. Teachers are expected to perform at a satis- factory level in each of the four areas. It is also expressly understood that the listed behaviors and/or skills are not to be used as a checklist for the evaluation of teacher performance.

  • DVBE Commitment This section is applicable if Contractor received a disabled veteran business enterprise (“DVBE”) incentive in connection with this Agreement. Contractor’s failure to meet the DVBE commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of the Agreement. If Contractor used DVBE subcontractor(s) in connection with this Agreement: (i) Contractor must use the DVBE subcontractors identified in its bid or proposal, unless the JBE approves in writing replacement by another DVBE subcontractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) Contractor must complete and return to the JBE a post-contract certification form promptly upon completion of the awarded contract, and by no later than the date of submission of Contractor’s final invoice to the JBE. (The post-contract certification form is located at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xx.xxx/documents/JBCM-Post- Contract-Certification-Form.docx) If the Contractor fails to do so, the JBE will withhold $10,000 from the final payment, or withhold the full payment if it is less than $10,000, until the Contractor submits a complete and accurate post-contract certification form. The JBE shall allow the Contractor to cure the deficiency after written notice of the Contractor’s failure to complete and submit an accurate post- contract certification form. Notwithstanding the foregoing and any other law, if after at least 15 calendar days, but no more than 30 calendar days, from the date of the written notice the Contractor refuses to comply with these certification requirements, the JBE shall permanently deduct $10,000 from the final payment, or the full payment if less than $10,000. The post-contract certification form shall include: (1) the total amount of money Contractor received under the Agreement, (2) the total amount of money and the percentage of work that Contractor committed to provide to each DVBE subcontractor; (3) the name and address of each DVBE subcontractor to which Contractor subcontracted work in connection with the Agreement; (4) the amount of money each DVBE subcontractor actually received from Contractor in connection with the Agreement, and the corresponding percentage this payment comprises of the total amount of money Contractor received under the Agreement; and (5) that all payments under the Agreement have been made to the applicable DVBE subcontractors. Upon request by the JBE, Contractor shall provide proof of payment for the work. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation. Contractor will comply with all rules, regulations, ordinances and statutes that govern the DVBE program, including, without limitation, Military and Veterans Code section 999.5.

  • Commitment Within 20 days after the Title Company receives a copy of this contract, Seller shall furnish to Buyer a commitment for title insurance (Commitment) and, at Buyer's expense, legible copies of restrictive covenants and documents evidencing exceptions in the Commitment (Exception Documents) other than the standard printed exceptions. Seller authorizes the Title Company to deliver the Commitment and Exception Documents to Buyer at Buyer's address shown in Paragraph 21. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered to Buyer within the specified time, the time for delivery will be automatically extended up to 15 days or 3 days before the Closing Date, whichever is earlier. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered within the time required, Buyer may terminate this contract and the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer.

  • Service Commitment Newly hired nurses and currently employed nurses who voluntarily choose to relocate and receive a relocation allowance may be required to serve for a minimum of two years at their base before they will be considered for transfer to another base. This commitment will not apply when the employer and nurse mutually agree to waive it and when relocation occurs as a result of layoff/rehire.

  • COMMITMENT OF THE THREE PARTIES By signing7 this document, the staff member, the sending institution and the receiving institution/enterprise confirm that they approve the proposed mobility agreement. The sending higher education institution supports the staff mobility as part of its modernisation and internationalisation strategy and will recognise it as a component in any evaluation or assessment of the staff member. The staff member will share his/her experience, in particular its impact on his/her professional development and on the sending higher education institution, as a source of inspiration to others. The staff member and the beneficiary institution commit to the requirements set out in the grant agreement signed between them. The staff member and the receiving institution/enterprise will communicate to the sending institution any problems or changes regarding the proposed mobility programme or mobility period.   • Commitment of Current Revenues Only In the event that, during any term hereof, the Commissioners Court does not appropriate sufficient funds to meet the obligations of County under this Agreement, County may terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to Company. County agrees, however, to use reasonable efforts to secure funds necessary for the continued performance of this Agreement. The parties intend this provision to be a continuing right to terminate this Agreement at the expiration of each budget period of County. Agreements for the acquisition, including lease of real or personal property under Tex. Loc. Govt. Code §271.903: In the event that, during any term hereof, the Commissioner’s Court does not appropriate sufficient funds to meet the obligations of County under this Agreement, County may terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to Company, County agrees, however, to use a best efforts attempt to obtain and appropriate funds for payment of the Agreement. The parties intend this provision, if applicable, to be a continuing right to terminate this at the expiration of each budget period of County in accordance with Tex. Loc. Govt. Code §271.903 (Xxxxxx Supp. 1996).
