Commissions and Payment of Commissions. Commissions related to the Services shall be based upon Gross Sales and the commission rates set forth in Exhibit D hereto, ("Commissions"). Commissions and Payment of Commissions. Agent will be paid a commission as set forth in Schedule B annexed hereto and made a part hereof for each Qualifying Client solicited by Agent or Agent’s sub-agents (“Agent Clients”) with whom Care Cap signs an Agreement and performs services (“Agent’s Commission”). Agent and any sub-agents will continue to be paid the Agent’s Commission every month upon receipt by PLCN of its share for each Agent Client from Care Cap. Agent and any sub-agents shall not be entitled to a commission or any other payment on fees or commissions earned by PLCN from sources other than Agent Clients. PLCN shall generate a monthly settlement report and send such settlement report to Agent and any sub- agents by no later than the third business day after the end of the month (the “Settlement Report”).
