There are no valid claims for brokerage commissions or finder's or similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement which may be now or hereafter asserted against Seller or Shareholders resulting from any action taken by PSC or Parent or their respective officers, Directors or agents, or any of them.
