Commissioning Plan. The Partners shall agree an Integrated Commissioning Plan for each Service by 1 April each year. This will set out the “direction of travel” and the shared commissioning intentions for the development of the Services The plans shall be agreed by the Partners.

Commissioning Plan. Contractor shall develop a commissioning plan in accordance with Exhibit H (“Commissioning Plan”) and shall provide a Commissioning Plan, for Owner’s review and approval, as soon as reasonably practicable (but in no event later than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of commissioning of the Project). Owner shall have thirty (30) days from the date it receives the Commissioning Plan to review and provide comments to Contractor. Contractor shall incorporate all of Owner’s reasonable comments into the final Commissioning Plan, which shall be approved by Owner (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). If Owner fails to provide its comments within such thirty (30) day period, then Owner shall be deemed to have approved the Commissioning Plan. Contractor shall perform its commissioning activities in accordance with the final approved Commissioning Plan. Subject to Section 11.1, Owner and GPSC Representative shall have the right to be present during any commission activities performed pursuant to this Agreement.
