Commissioning Phase. During the construction phase of the work on the Project and before the Completion Date, Contractor shall conduct all commissioning tests in accordance with the Contractor’s Testing and Commissioning Plan which shall include but is not limited to the Start Up and Operational Tests. Contractor shall provide notice to Owner of any scheduled test(s) of installed equipment or the System, and Owner or its designees shall have the right to be present at any or all such tests conducted by Contractor, any Subcontractor, or manufacturers of the Equipment. Contractor shall be responsible for correcting or adjusting all deficiencies in the System, Work and Equipment operations that Contractor provided and installed that may be observed during Equipment commissioning procedures. Completion of the Commissioning Phase requires that:

Commissioning Phase. In accordance with Agreement, but with the following additions or modifications: A.3-4 As part of Basic Services, project-specific standard operating procedures for treatment processes added will be prepared for Owner review and implementation. Standard operating procedures shall generally include general description, normal operation, alternative (manual) operation, and emergency operation for new treatment processes. Maintenance and recordkeeping procedures shall be by Owner and as provided by the respective equipment manufacturer’s operation and maintenance manuals.
