If a Contract owner rescinds a Contract or exercises the Contract's Right to Examine privilege (i.e., free-look), then Broker-Dealer will repay the appropriate Insurance Company the amount of any commissions received on the payments returned within 10 days of Broker-Dealer's receipt of a written request for repayment.
