Commission Employees. Tenant shall not during the term of this Lease, hire or employ, on either a full-time or part-time basis, person or persons so long as tenant knows or has reason to know that such person is employed by Commission.

Commission Employees. Report to work well groomed, on time and ready to perform their work schedule or work assignments. Male employees will report work clean shaven; sideburns or beards will be trimmed in compliance with the established dress code. Maintain a professional attitude and good personal conduct when in direct contact with any segment of the travelling public. Report to work in the uniform that is authorized €or that particular season of the year. All uniforms will be cleaned and pressed and personal appearance will be maintained in a manner prescribed by Management which is designed to command the respect and admiration of our customers. In the Maintenance Department, abide by Commission rules and wear and use the appropriate safety equipment as outlined by management.
Commission Employees. 15 LESSEE shall not during the Term of this Agreement, hire or employ, on either a 16 full-time or part-time basis, person or persons so long as such person shall be employed by the 17 Commission.
Commission Employees. With respect to sales in excess of the 2016 fiscal year of $10,422,025.00, increases in excess of this amount in the fiscal year 2017 and beyond will be paid an amount equal to one third (1/3) of the sales percentage increase in excess of five percent (5%). By way of example, if the previous year’s sales are ten percent (10%) higher than the fiscal 2016 fiscal sales, this will result in a payment to each of the employees of 6.67% (5% + 1.67%) of the T4 commission and incentives the respective seniority employee received during the previous calendar year.
