Commission Default and Borrower Remedies. Upon fault or failure of Commission to meet any of its obligations under this Agreement without curing such failure within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice of such failure from Borrower specifying the nature of the event or deficiency giving rise to the default and the action required to cure such deficiency, Borrower may, as its sole and exclusive remedies:
