Common use of Commercially Reasonable Endeavours Clause in Contracts

Commercially Reasonable Endeavours. 9.1 The Licensee must use Commercially Reasonable Endeavours to develop, exploit and Market the Licensed Technology to maximise the financial return for both parties and to demonstrate the University’s positive impact on society from the exploitation of the Licensed Technology.
