Commercialization of Products. BMS shall have the sole right and responsibility for the Commercialization of Products in the Field in the Territory at its cost and expense. BMS will use Diligent Efforts to Commercialize each Product in the Major Markets for which BMS receives Regulatory Approval for such Product.
