Common use of Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance. Operator shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance Policy to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, the Commercial Business Automobile Liability, and Employers’ Liability on a follow form basis in addition to the minimum limits set forth herein. The minimum amount of Umbrella limits required above the coverages and minimum limits stated above shall be $2,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
