Commercial Insurance. 58. The College shall not take out any insurance without the prior approval of the Department and DoF, other than third party insurance required by the Road Traffic (NI) Order 1981 (as amended) and any other insurance which is a statutory obligation or which is permitted under MPMNI.
Commercial Insurance. 1. Physician does not participate in or accept payment from any third party commercial insurance program, and will not submit any claim to such programs or payment on behalf of Patient.
Commercial Insurance. All commercial insurance policies required to be maintained pursuant to Section 5.10 are in full force and effect and all premiums with respect thereto have been paid in full.
Commercial Insurance. The Borrower shall procure and maintain or cause to be procured or maintained commercial insurance meeting the following requirements, subject to the exceptions provided for in subsection (d) below.
Commercial Insurance. If the Grantee chooses to satisfy its obligations under this Section by procuring Commercial Insurance:
Commercial Insurance. From and after the Closing Date and continuing until the earlier of (i) the later of June 30, 2000 or the ninetieth (90th) day after the Closing Date, or (ii) the date on which the Company procures its own like insurance, Ski Holdings will cause its insurers to continue to provide the Company with the following forms of insurance coverage ("Transition Insurance") under Ski Holdings' existing commercial insurance policies, subject in all cases to the Company's compliance with the existing terms and conditions of such insurance policies:
Commercial Insurance. During the Term and at its own -------------------- cost and expense, Lessee shall maintain in full force and effect a policy or policies of special cause of loss form insurance (including sprinkler, vandalism and malicious mischief coverage, including earthquake and flood coverage at Lessee's option and any other endorsements required by the holder of any fee or leasehold mortgage) in an amount adequate to cover damage to the Premises, including without limitation Lessee's Improvements as defined in Exhibit D. Merchandise fixtures, trade fixtures, furniture, furnishings equipment goods, inventory and other personal property located on the Premises or in the Project insuring the full replacement value of such items.
Commercial Insurance. Partner shall procure and maintain for the duration of the MOU commercial insurance against claims for injuries to persons and/or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of work hereunder by Partner, or its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. Partner represents and warrants that all work provided hereunder will be performed by persons who are licensed, certified and experienced to furnish the Board with these services. This MOU shall be contingent upon proof of insurance coverage for the entire term, notwithstanding that the Newark Board of Education may accept any in place of coverage at the time of the execution of this agreement which may be due to expire prior to the completion date of this agreement. The “Newark Board of Education” is to be added as an additional insured but only as our interests may appear on all Certificates of Insurance as indicated below. MINIMUM SCOPE AND LIMITS OF INSURANCE
Commercial Insurance. The Company shall, and the Sellers shall cause the Company to, keep in effect all policies of insurance set forth on Schedule 4.19(a) (or renewals thereto) through the Closing Date.
