Umbrella Liability with a limit of liability no less than $5,000,000 each occurrence. Scholar Rock will obtain product liability coverage at such time as Scholar Rock or any of its Affiliates starts its first human clinical trial. Each of the above coverages shall include worldwide coverage including coverage for USA jurisdiction claims and occurrences. Scholar Rock’s policy shall include JBI and its Affiliates, and their directors, officers and employees, as Additional Insureds.

Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability. Commercial general liability insurance or comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum limit that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements for RESNET certification, but not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and damage to property including contractual liability, premises/operations, products/completed operations, independent contractors, broad form property damage, and personal injury coverage and a minimum aggregate amount of $1,000,000 or commercial/comprehensive general liability insurance plus additional excess umbrella liability insurance to meet these limits.
Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability. ANIKA shall maintain coverage on a Commercial General Liability Occurrence Coverage Form (or equivalent) including coverage for product liability/completed operations and contractual liability with limits of not less than $5,000,000 each occurrence. ANIKA shall separately maintain Umbrella Liability including product liability coverage with a limit of liability no less than $5,000,000 each occurrence. Each of the above coverages shall include worldwide coverage including coverage for USA jurisdiction claims and occurrences. ANIKA’s policy shall include MITEK and its affiliates, and their directors, officers and employees, as Additional Insureds.
Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability insurance covering all of Contractor's operations pertaining to the Work with per occurrence limits of not less than $6,000,000. The insurance shall be written on an occurrence form and shall include coverage for explosion, collapse and underground damage, contractual liability for Contractor's liability related to the Project, separation of insured clauses and if there is an aggregate limit, this limit will be on a per project basis. Owner shall be named as an additional insured on these policies.

  • General Liability Insurance The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations. This insurance must provide coverage for all claims that may arise from performance of the Contract or completed operations, whether by the Contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor. Such insurance must include the State of Florida as an additional insured for the entire length of the resulting contract.
