Commercial Development. 5.1 SGI shall, upon MAB's request, keep MAB generally informed of SGI's and its Affiliates' updated development plans for Licensed Products, including SGI's and its Affiliates' and sublicensees' planned timing for Licensed Product launch dates. All dates and other information provided by SGI to MAB shall be Confidential Information (as defined below), shall used by MAB for planning purposes only and shall be subject to modification by SGI, at any time, based on its or its Affiliates' and sublicensees' actual progress in the development process.
